Remote Programming of Diversion on No Answer
By using Diversion on no answer, incoming calls are forwarded to
a predefined extension after a number of signals. Using remote
programming of Diversion on no answer, you can manage the
Diversion on no answer settings of other extensions besides the
extension you are currently located at. You can, for example,
activate Diversion on no answer for extension 1234 while being
located at extension 5678.
Follow the steps below to activate Diversion on no answer for
another extension:
*211* Dial.
å Dial the extension number to divert.
#æ Press.
Wait for the call icon to stop flashing.
æ Press to finish the procedure.
Follow the steps below to terminate Diversion on no answer for
another extension:

å Dial the diverted extension number.
#æ Press.
Wait for the call icon to stop flashing.
æ Press to finish the procedure.
