Settings
Program a Hot key or a Soft key with a phone number
When you have entered Settings:
ãá Select Soft key or Hot key.
â or ã Select key.
For the Soft keys you can select keys Left, Middle or Right and
for the Hot keys you can select keys 0 to 9.
á Press.
Edit Press (see display).
Name:
is displayed.
å Save Enter the name and press (see display).
Changes saved
is displayed. How to write text, see section “Enter
names and numbers” on page 52.
ã Press.
Function:
is marked.
Change Press (see display).
ã Select Phone call.
Select Press (see display).
å Enter the phone number.
Notes:
If you program an external number, you have to enter the
prefix digit for external call access (e.g.
0).
You can also store codes that contain
* or #. You can for
example turn on/off the tone sender in the entered
number by making a long press on the
* key (e.g. when
calling telephone banks). Tone sender on will be indicated
with a
T
in the number, and off with
-
.
Save Press to save the setting (see display).
The key is programmed and the name of the selected function is
shown.
Repeat the procedure to program a new key or edit a
programmed key.
