Incoming Calls

Press to answer the call.

Handsfree

ä Press the middle Soft key to answer the call in handsfree

speaking mode.

You are connected to the caller via the loudspeaker and

microphone.

Note: Which key to press depends on the answering

method used. To change the answering method see

section “Change answering method” on page 29.

End the call

Press.

The duration time of the call is shown.

Note: When a headset is connected to the phone, the

button on the headset can be used to end the call.

Reject the call

Press.

Decline Press the preprogrammed Soft key.

The call information is stored in the Call list.

On another extension

You can answer a call to a phone in another room:

å Call the ringing extension and press.

Busy tone.
