Announced Transfer:
1. Press the Xfer key.
• The calling party is placed on hold
and the line lamp flashes slowly.
• Another line goes off-hook and
you hear dial tone.
2. Dial the number of the destination
party.
3. When the destination party answers the
call:
Talk to the destination party.
4.
• Press Xfer again.
Or
• Press the Goodbye key.
The transfer completes.
You are dropped from the call and hear
dial tone.
To cancel a transfer:
1. Press the Line key of the call on hold
while the destination is ringing.
The ringing line drops and you are
reconnected to the original party.
Conference
The 9133i supports up to three parties in a conference call.
Establish the Conference
Step Action Result
1. Connect to the first party to include in
the conference.
2. Press the Conf key.
• The first party is placed on hold
and the line lamp flashes slowly.
• A new line goes off-hook and you
hear dial tone.
3. Dial the number of the party to add to
the conference.
4. Wait for the new party to answer.
You can consult with the new party
first before adding them to the
conference.
• The original party is still on hold
and the lamp is flashing.
• The second line lamp is steady,
indicating the new party is not yet
been added to the conference.
