Configuring the Aastra 673xi / 675xi

Presence – Displays and changes your presence status

(“Messenger”); LED indicates activated status

(exception: “Available” status is not indicated

Call forw. – Shows the “call forwarding” menu

Call prot. – Switches call protection on or off; LED

indicator indicates active function

– Switches call waiting protection on or off; LED

Pick-up – Picks up a call from another device in your

pick-up group.

Take – Transfers an active call from another device

operated on you internal call number.

Phone Lock – Locks or unlocks the telephone

logout – Logs out the telephone and shows the Login

Display

XML URL Calls the defined URL from a Web server.
