Configuring a User’s Keys on the Phone or Expansion Module in the
User Account
An Administrator can assign key types to the the softkeys or programmable keys
(dependant on the User’s phone model), and/or expansion modules keys on their
IP Phone. If applicable to their phone, the softkeys, programmble keys, or
expansion module tab displays when editing a User’s account.
