Manual Sign On with Agent ID and Password:

Press the On/Offline softkey.
 You hear one beep.
 The Agent ID prompt displays.

Enter the Agent ID.
 You hear 1 beep.
 The Password prompt displays.
3.
Enter the Password.
4.
Press the Done softkey.
 The status lamp turns OFF.
 You are signed on to the agent
group.
Dynamic Agent Sign-on
1.
Press the On/Offline Key
The pilot screen displays.
Your current pilot is displayed.
NOTE: If you do not have automatic
sign-on assigned, you must enter the
agent ID and password to see this
screen.
