Specifies the length of time, in seconds, that the phone will
wait for a HTTP GET answer called by an XML.

Description
Specifies the method to use for overriding a locked phone
when XML applications are sent to the phone. There are three
settings for this parameter:
0 Phone prevents XML POSTs and XML GETs from
being received or sent.
1 Phone allows XML POSTs; however, XML GETs by
pressing the XML keys (softkeys/programmable
keys/extension module keys) are not allowed.
2 Phone allows XML POSTs to the phone as well as
XML GETs to/from the phone by pressing the XML
keys (softkeys/programmable keys/extension module
keys).
