Icons are identified by an index in the XML objects; this index refers to the IconList tag which
must be present each an icon is used.

4.2.2.3 Implementation on the 6739i
The 6739i also support icons in some XML objects:
 AastraIPPhoneTextMenu
 AastraIPPhoneStatus
And also Custom softkeys for the UI XML objects.
Two types of icons are supported:
 Predefined icons residing in the 6739i identified by a unique name
 Dynamic icons identified by a URI, the icon files are downloaded by the 6739i
