9.5 Fillingtheheatingsystem
When all boilers have been electrically commissioned as described above, then the
heating system can be lled. Each boiler is tted with a lling and drain valve. The lling
hose from the water tap is then connected to it.

Ventingprogram
When, on lling the system, the water pressure rises above 0.7 bar, the venting program
will start automatically. The program lasts approx. 13 minutes and in doing so, turns
the pump on and off and, if tted, the three-way valve every 80 seconds to remove the
remaining air from the boiler. All venting points still have to be vented when lling the
installation. The boiler will be on standby after the venting program.

Read-out 1 (Good status) displays Block. with actual day and time on the screen.
Read-out 2 (operational status) displays Vent Prog on the screen. [From Good press
the – button 1x: Vent Prog is now displayed]
Interrupting the venting program (not recommended) is only possible from the setting
level by pressing OK during the venting program.
