RESETTINGTHECOMPUTERBOAR D:
1) Verifythatthereisnowaterflowingthroughthe
unit.
2) Ifatemperatureremotecontrollerhasbeen
installed,turnthepowerofftotheremote.
3) Turnoffpowertotheunit,andthenturnonagain.
4) Pushandholdthe“INC”and“DEC”buttonsonthe
computer
boardsimultaneouslyforseveralseconds
untiltheredLEDlightsupsolid.See Figure5.26.
5) UsethePowerON‐OFFswitchtoturntheunitoff
thenonagain.Thecomputerboardisreset.
CHECKINGTHEOVERHEATCUTOFFFUSE(OH CF):
1) LocatethewhiteOHCFwhichwrapsaroundtheheatexchanger.
2) Findthewhiteclipattheendofthetwoblue braidedwirescomingfromtheOHCF.
3) Unplugtheconnection.
4) TestforcontinuityattheendoftheOHCFwith
anohmmeter.Ifthereiscontinuity,the
OHCFis
stillintact.Reconnecttheplug.Ifth ereisno
continuity,theOHCFhasbeencompromised.If
compromised,contactthetechnicalservice
departmentforfurtherassistance.
5) Ifanohmmeterisnotavailable,jumptheplug
connectionontheoppositesideoftheOHCFwithawire,paperclip,
orothermetal
material.
6) Restorepowerandtestunit.Beverycautiouswiththisstep,avoidingcontactwith the
jumperdeviceoranyotherelectricalwires.
7) Iftheunitfiresup,itshowsthattheOHCFhasbeencompromisedandtheproblemwaswith
theOHCF.Ifso,contact
thetechnicalservicedepartment forfurtherassistance.If theunit
doesnotfireup,itshowsthatthecauseofthe111or121errorcodeissomethingelse.
