1) Turnoffpowersupply.
2) Checkthatallwireconnectionsaresecureandfreeofburns.Theflowadjustmentvalveislocated
behindthecomputerboardandattachedtothecol dwaterinlet.
3) Checkforwaterleakagefromthevalve.
4) DoavisualinspectionofthePCB.Check
forconnection/breakageofwiresand/orburnmarkson
theboard.PCBmayneedtobereplaced.
5) Thebypassvalvemayneedtobecleaned.Toremove,followthestepsbelow:
a. Removethefourwaterwayclipsoneachsideofthevalves.
b. Slidethevalveupoffthe
inletwaterconnection.
c. Checkbothendsofthevalveforsedimentordebris.Useabrushordescalingsolutionto
removethesediment.
d. Re‐installthevalveandclips.
e. Testtheheater.
6) Theflowadjustmentvalvemayneedtobereplacedifthevalvecannotbecleaned.

1) Turnoffthepowersupply.
2) Theproportionalvalveislocatedatthebottomofthe
gasvalveassemblywitharedandwhitewires
connectingtoit.
3) Checkallwireconnectionsandmakesuretheyare
secureandfreeofburnsorcuts.
4) InspectthePCBfor
connection/breakageofwires
and/orburnmarksontheboard.
5) Verifythatsupplygaspressureiswithinspecifications.
6) Contactthetechnicalservicedepartmentforfurther
assistance.
