b. Movethecomputerboardoutoftheway.Thisinvolvesthreescrewsandremovingany
restrictingwiresconnectedtothePCB.
c. LocatethetwoPhillipsheadscrewsfittedatthetopofthefanmotortothecombustion
chamberbox.Twoholesarelocateddirectlyatthebottomof
thecasingthatli neupwiththe
twoscrews.Usingan8”screwdriver,removethescrews.
d. Slidethefanouttowardstheleft.
e. Ifsignsofwaterareevident,watermayhavedamagedthefanmotorrequiringreplacement.
5) Ifthe611errorcodestillappearsafterall
itemshavebeenchecked,thePCBmayneedreplacement.
Contactthetechnicalservicedepartment.
ERRORCODE621:ABNORMALEXHAUSTFANMOTOR
ThiserrorcodeappliestotheIndoormodelsonly.
1) Turnoffpowersupply.
2) Checkfanmotorwiringforanybreakages,burnmarksonthePC
board,ormoisture.Ifmoistureisfound,allowconnectionto
completelydrybeforeturningpowerbackon.
3) Checkfanhousingforwater.If
found,pleasedrythefan,then
testheater.
4) Toremovethefanmotor.
a. Turnoffthepowersupply.
b. Disconnectthefanmotorclipnearthefan.
c. LocateandremovethefourPhillipsheadscrewsaroundthe
fanmotortothecombustionchamberbox.
d. Thefan
motorshouldbefreetoberemoved.
e. Ifsignsofwaterordebrisareevident,watermayhave
damagedthefanmotorrequiring replacement.
5) Ifthe621errorcodestillappearsafterallitemshavebeenchecked,thePCBmayneedreplacement
ERRORCODE631:ABNORMALEXTERNALPUMP
Thiserrorcodeoccurswhenthereisaproblemwiththeexternal
pumpconnectedtothePCB.Checktoseewhetherthepump
connectedtothePCBworksproperly.
ERRORCODE651:ABNORMALFLOWADJUSTMENTVALVE
1) Turnoffpowersupply.
2) Checkthatallwireconnectionsaresecureandfreeofburns.
Theflowadjustmentvalveislocatedbehindthecomputer
boardandattachedtothecoldwaterinlet.
3) Checkforwaterleakagefromthevalve.
4) DoavisualinspectionofthePCB.Check
for
connection/breakageofwiresand/orburnmarksontheboard.
PCBmayneedtobereplaced.
5) Theflowadjustmentvalvemayneedtobecleaned.Toremove,followthestepsbelow:
a. Removethefourwaterwayclipsoneachsideofthevalves.
b. Slidethevalveupoff
theinletwaterconnection.
c. Checkbothendsofthevalveforsedimentordebris.Useabrushordescalingsolutionto
removethesediment.
d. Re‐installthevalveandclips.
