o Ifitisnotlit,thecomputerboardisnotbeingpowered.Check
toseeiftheON/OFF
switchbelowthefuseboxissettotheonposition,orifthefuseinthefuseboxis
blown.
• Ifthefandoesnotinitiateatallanditisverifiedthereispowertotheunit(seeabove),theflow
sensor
maynotbeworkingproperly.Checktheflowsensorforproperimpellerfunctionality.
• Possibleweakconnectiontopowersupply,eitheratthecircuitbreakerorwirenut.
ITTAKE SALONGTIME TOGETHOTWATERATTHEFIXTURES
• Thetimeittakestodeliverhotwaterfromtheunittoyourfixturesdependsonthelengthof
pipingbetweenthetwo.Thelongerthedistanceorthebiggerthepipes,thelongeritwilltake
togethotwater.Ifthisisthecaseandyouwouldlike
toreceivehotwatertoyourfixtures
quicker,youmaywanttoconsiderahotwaterrecirc ulationsystem.
• Problemswiththerecirculationsystem.
o Seethatacheckvalveisinstalledbetweenthepumpdischargeandtheconnectionto
thecoldwatersupply.Amalfunctioningormissingcheckvalve
willcausecoldwaterto
back‐feedintothesystem.
THEFANMOTORISSTILLSPINNINGAFTEROPERATIONHASSTOPPED 
• Thisisnormal.Afteroperationhasstopped,thefanmotorkeepsrunning
from5to50secondsinordertore‐ignitequickly,aswellaspurgeallthe
