TROUBLESHOOTING ERROR CODES
Error Code "140" - Industrial Risk Insurance Gas Valve Failure -
IRI Controls are an option on these heaters.
• Display Board Red "Gas Valve Fail" LED is ON.
• Display window will show "LOCO 140"
• "0" in the 3rd position indicates that the Central Control Board is noting-not ICB- A voltage
confirmation through the IRI Gas Valve Prover Switch.
