Tips for a better
night’s sleep
Create the ideal
environment for sleep
Keep your bedroom cool and
dark. The ideal temperature
for sleep is 18 – 22 C
Use breathable bed linen,
such as cotton or Tencel®
Make sleep a priority Keep a regular sleep-wake

Nap only when needed
Eat right, but not right
