In order to fix the walls, a wood structure must be provided behind the sides of the wall at the specified dimensions. Validate dimensions with physical product. Make sure that the shower wall edges are well rested on all their length to the studs.
DRAIN INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE DRAIN Install the drain (item 18) on the shower base in the sequence shown below. Installer le drain (item 18) sur la base de douche dans l’ordre montré ci-bas.
BASE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DE BASE A bed of mortar must be applied underneath the tray of the shower base. Apply a sufficient amount to support the base when it will be leveled and fixed. You can use a thin plastic on top and underneath the mortar. Once the base is in place drill the flange of the base with a drillbit the same diameter as the #8 flat head screw (item D). Finally fix the base with 6 #8 flat head screws (item D) using a screwdriver.
WALLS ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLAGE DES MURS Clamp the walls together . Make sure that they are perfectly aligned and that the corner junction is perfect. Using the pre-drilled holes as a guide, drill the matching wall using a drillbit slightly bigger than #8 mechanical screws (item A). Joignez les deux murs à l’aide de serre. Assurez-vous que les murs sont bien alignés et que la jonction des rayons est parfaite.
WALLS ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLAGE DES MURS Remove the plastic film on the wall junction. Before attaching the walls together apply a silicone bead on the corner junction. Make sure to go around the screw holes facing the interior of the shower. Apply also a bead of silicone in each hole. Attach the walls together with the mechanical screws-washers-nut (item A,B & C). Retirer la pellicule de plastique sur la jonction des deux murs.
WALLS INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES MURS In order to fix the wall panel you will need to install a wood studs behind the wall panels. These studs need to be placed on the structure behind the walls where the door wall jambs will be screwed. This will secure the door assembly and the wall panels in place. WALLS-BASE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION MURS-BASE Remove the plastic film at the junction of the walls and the base. Before attaching the walls together apply a silicone bead on the corner junction. Apply also a bead of silicone in each hole.Place the wall on the base and make sure that they match perfectly. *We recommend the application of a fast setting tub surround adhesive behind the walls where they make contact with the wooden pieces.
WALLS-BASE INSTALLATION INSTALLATION MURS-BASE Once the wall panels are in place, make sure that the base and the wall panels match perfectly. Finally proceed with the door installation. Une fois l’assemblage des murs en place, assurezvous que la base et les murs s’alignent parfaitement. Par la suite, procéder à l’installation de la porte de douche.

DOOR FRAME POSITIONNING POSITIONNEMENT DU CADRE DE PORTE 1 1 DÉTAIL C ECHELLE 1 : 4 Insert the wall jambs (item 1) into the fixed panel extrusions (item 2). Position the door frame in order that the frame is perfectly aligned with the base threshold. Adjust the wall jambs if necessary. Once the door frame is balanced verify that the frame is leveled. Afterwards trace the position of the wall jambs on the shower walls. Insérer les montants muraux (item 1) dans les extrusions de panneaux fixes (item 2).
WALL JAMB INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES MONTANTS MURAUX 1 Place the wall jambs (item 1) on the mark that you have made previously. Mark the position of screw holes on the walls with a lead pencil. Using a drillbit smaller than the #8 pan head screw (item E) to drill pilot holes on the walls. Next with a drillbit the same size as the #8 pan head screw (item E) drill the acrylic shell only. Placer les montants muraux (item 1) sur les marques tracés précédemment.
WALL JAMB INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES MONTANTS MURAUX Remove the plastic film were the wall jambs wil be installed. Afterwards apply a drop of silicone on the holes before screwing the wall jambs in place. Screw the wall jambs in place with the #8 pan head screws (item F). Make sure that they are aligned with the mark that you have made previously. Retirer la pellicule de plastique où les montants muraux seront installés.
DOOR FRAME INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DU CADRE DE PORTE Place the door frame on the unit. Once the door pilot holes on the wall jambs using a drillbit smaller than the #8 pan head self-tapping screws (item G). Secure the assembly with the #8 pan head self-tapping screws (item G) using a screwdriver. Mec Screw Hex Head M5-30 Installer le cadre de porte. Une fois l’assemblage des trous pilotes sur les montants muraux à l’aide d’un vis à tête ronde autoperçante No8 (item G).
Nut M5-30 DOOR BUMPERS INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES BUTÉES DE PORTE Install all 8 door bumpers (item 8) using the #8 pan head self-tapping screw (item G) and a screwdriPlastic Washer ver. Door bumpers are positionned as shown on bottom image. Truss Headles 8 butées de porte (item 8) à l’aide d’une Installer No8x0,5 vis à tête ronde autoperçante No8 (item G) et un tournevis. Les butés doivent être positionnées tel M4-12 que montré sur l’image du bas.
DOOR PANELS INSTALLATION ASSEMBLAGE DES PANNEAUX DE PORTE 13 13 12 11 5 4 4 14 14 Install the top (item 13) and bottom rollers (item 14) on the door panel as shown on the images. Afterwards install the door handle (item 12), the vertical water deflector (item 5) and the door magnet (item 11). Repeat those steps for the second door panel (item 6). Installer les roulettes du dessus (item 13) et du dessous (item 14) sur le panneau de porte, tel que représenté sur les images.
DOOR PANELS INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT INSTALLATION & AJUSTEMENT DES PANNEAUX DE PORTE After assembling the door panels (item 6), proceed with the mounting of both doors on the shower frame. Make sure that the doors are aligned with one another and that they close properly. Use screws underneath top rollers (item 13) for adjustments if needed. Apès avoir assemblé les panneaux de porte (item 4), procéder à l’installation des portes sur le cadre de la porte de douche.
GASKETS INSTALLATION INSTALLATION DES JOINTS D’ÉTANCHÉITÉ Install the vertical water deflectors (item 5) on the fixed panels as shown on the graphic below. Installer les déflecteurs d’eau verticaux (item 5) sur les panneaux fixes, tel qu’illustré sur le schéma ci-bas.
CAULKING CALFEUTRAGE 24hr When the installation is completed, apply a continous bead of silicone on the outside of the shower door at the junction of the wall jambs and the walls. Next, apply a bead at the junction of the bottom rail and the base to each extremities. Une fois l’installation terminée, appliquer un filet de silicone à la jonction des montants muraux et des murs. Par la suite, appliquer un joint tout au long de la jonction du rail inférieur et de la base jusqu’à chaque extrémité.
