In order to enable reception in areas of bad receiving conditions, a so-called
"hierarchical modulation" can be used by broadcasters. The transmitted chan-
nel contains 2 data streams (high and low priority). In this case one of the data
streams must be selected in the receiver.
—> This setting is not relevant in case of standard modulation.
