Q8 Connection with MITSUBISHI QnH(Q) series via Ethernet cannot be established.
A8 Check the settings below.
Screen data
• From [Select PLC Type], select [QnH(Q) Series (Ethernet)].
• Register the PLC in the network table.
IP address: (Match the IP address to the setting on the Ethernet unit for PLC.)
Port No.: (Match the port number to the setting for the PLC.)
Others: Set the default gateway and subnet mask appropriately for the network.

Make settings on the ladder software.
♦ IP address setting
1) Double-click [Network param]. The [Network parameters] dialog box is displayed.
2) Click the [MELSECNET/Ethernet] button. The [Network parameters Setting the number of MNET/
10H Ethernet cards.] screen is displayed.
3) Click the [Operational settings] button. The [Ethernet operations] dialog box is displayed. Make
settings for the IP address and other options.
