Q7 Connection with YOKOGAWA FA-M3 via Ethernet cannot be established.

• From [Select PLC Type], select [FA-M3 (Ethernet)].
• Register the PLC in the network table.
IP address: Match the IP address to the setting on the Ethernet unit for the PLC.
Port No.: 12289 (Fixed according to the PLC specifications)
Others: Set the default gateway and subnet mask appropriately for the network.
For PLC
Set an IP address of the PLC on the Ethernet unit (using the switches on the side).

• Use a cross cable.
