Important note on using Transmission client
- Torrent programs are memory intensive and may slow down your player’s performance
while tasks are downloading/uploading.
- Users may feel significant performance difference as compared to running similar torrent
tasks on a PC. This is normal as the hardware performance of a PC is more superior than
this player. Nevertheless we recommend that you use the player for your torrent task on a
casual basis to take advantage of the low power consumption while running it over long
hours.
- Due to the firmware SDK limitation, all settings made in the client configuration page are
only active per session. All settings made will be reset back to defaults when the player is
rebooted.
4 Upgrading the Firmware
The firmware is the operating system (OS) installed on the device. Firmware upgrades can
bring new features, improvements and bug fixes.
There are 3 methods to perform the firmware update for this player.
