When configuring an Eye that should receive Carat connection information from the DNS redirector,
add a new record to the end of the file:
Eye-<Eye Ethernet MAC Address>  .eye.7signal.com. IN A <Carat IP address>
IN TXT "carat-port=7799"

IN TXT "carat-organization=<Carat organization to which the Eye is
