The question above is asked if there is an effective 7signal Carat install on the host. Since
release 2.0 this question should not be there on initial install as the DBMS is encouraged to be
installed first.

The script allows to defined the database user and the communication port. As supposedly the
host is dedicated to 7signal Sapphire, the defaults should work fine and are encouraged to be
used.
