TIPS:

◆ When grinding multiple Tungsten in a row, periodically let guide cool to

prevent melting the Angles Controller body.

◆ When grinding: Apply light pressure to wheel. Heavy pressure will

result in excessive wheel wear and a rougher Tungsten point.

INSTALLATION:

1) Unscrew top collar on Rotary Tool, and choose a correct size collet

for 1/8” mandrel.

) Install the Angle Controller as showed in Picture-1. 3) Connect the mandrel with Diamond wheel, and set it in your rotary tool. As Picture-2. 4) Adjust the height of the Diamond wheel. Screw the collet when you are sure the Below of the Long window is on the same PLANE as the top face of the Diamond wheel. As Picture-3. 5) Always wear Eye Protection, Respiratory Protection, and Protective clothing when using the Angles Controller and when welding.
