This single system combines benefits typical of two technologies. 1.
Application versatility and ease for wood, plastic, and more • Versatile chemistry bonds a wide variety of substrates, including wood, plastics, rubber, dissimilar materials, and plasticized vinyls. • Trigger a fast, easy, and neat bead of adhesive from self-contained hand-held applicator at up to 11 pounds per hour. • Up to 2-1/2 minutes open time allows positioning of substrates. • Thin, flexible bond lines help improve the fit, appearance and durability of your product.
Adhesive dispenses warm at 170°F (77°C) and can remain in the applicator at dispensing temperature for up to 40 hours. Easy to load cartridge with plastic disposable nozzle allows easy, quick changeover. Optional pre-heater keeps up to four adhesive cartridges ready to use. Electrically-heated pneumatic applicator dispenses with the squeeze of a trigger. 11 Impact-resistant plastic construction for lightweight handling ease and the hard realities of the shop.
