SR Radial Bristle Discs:
Fast sealant removal without affecting
underlying paint
These plastic abrasive particle-filled products remove
1/16-inch or less of sealants, silicones, RTVs, and
adhesives from most surfaces. The unique construction
removes the sealant but not the underlying paint or
other coating. That means less time for rework.

Radial Bristle Disc 360 & SPA
Radial Bristle Discs are much less likely to damage or
gouge the work surface than traditional abrasives.
Scotch-Brite 360 and SPA are so easy to control, the
operator can remove paint one layer at a time. Other
benefits include a lower surface temperature than
competitive products, and a minimized work area. The
flexible bristles conform to the part allowing for a
uniform finish.

SR Cutter reduces the time involved in sealant removal by up to 50% and
reduces the possibility of damaging the paint or metal on the aircraft. The SR Cutter
also eliminates the need for toxic chemicals which are both harmful to the mechanic
and messy. Thread into 1/4”-28 head of slow speed drill - MOS 1,500 RPM.
