Application Tips
Applicator is assembled by inserting the plunger at the rear of the 3M
EPX
Applicator. A duo-pak adhesive cartridge is
inserted in a slot on the front of the applicator. The mixing nozzle is trimmed for the desired bead size and inserted into the
front of the cartridge with a twisting motion. A bead of the desired thickness is applied to the part by squeezing the handle.
3M
Scotch-Weld
Epoxy Adhesive is advanced through the mixing tube and applied to the motor shaft or housing. The
bearingis pressed to the shaft or the two pieces of the housing are pressed together and secured while the adhesive cures to a
permanent bond.
