appropriate number listed below.
Included with each machine is an Instructions and Parts List Manual.

Provide the customer support coordinator with the model/machine name,
machine type, and serial number that are located on the identi cation plate
(For example: Accuglide 3 - 3 inch - Type 11400 - Serial Number 13282).
