Maintenance The taping head has been designed for long, trouble free service. The taping head will perform best when it receives routine insistence end cleaning. Taping head components that fail or wear excessively should be promptly repaired or replaced to prevent damage to other portions of the head or to the product. VANNING ~ TURN OFF ELECTRICAL OVER AND/OR AIR SUPPLY BEFORE BEGINNING MAINTENANCE. IF ELECTRICAL AND AYR OVER SUPPLY ARE NOT TUSKED OFF, SEVERE INJURY TO PERSONNEL COULD RESULT.
Maintenance (Continued) Cut-Ff Blade Should tape adhesive build-up occur, carefully wipe clean with oily cloth. Blade Tiler Pad The taping heads are equipped with a blade oilier pad that has been per-lubricated at the factory to provide a film of oll on the cut-off blade to reduce adhesive build-up. Apply SAE #30 non-detergent oil as needed. Do not saturate.
