To Mount:
1. To obtain optimum adhesion, the bonding surface must be clean and dry. Clean surface with
isopropyl rubbing alcohol, wipe gently and let dry. Do not use household cleaners.
2. Separate the strips and remove the red liner. Press adhesive to back of hook or clip.
3. Remove black liner. Press the hook to the surface firmly for 10 seconds.
4. For hooks with a separate back plate, slide the hook up to remove from the back plate.
5. Press the back plate firmly for 30 seconds. Bond strength will depend upon the amount of adhesive-
to-surface contact developed.
6. Slide the hook back onto the back plate.
7. Wait one hour before hanging items.
To Remove:
1. Slide the hook up to remove it from the back plate.
2. Hold the top of the back plate gently against the surface.
3. Grab removal tab and SLOWLY stretch straight down along the wall at least 12 inches until the back
plate and the strip release from the surface. NEVER pull the strip towards you.
Notes:
• Failure to follow instructions carefully may result in damage
• Do not use with wallpaper
• May not adhere well to vinyl surfaces
• DO NOT use for antiques, heirlooms, or other valuable or irreplaceable items
• DO NOT hang objects over beds
• Use only one hook per item hung
• Apply to surfaces above 50° F (10° C)
• Adhesive could soften and lose adhesion above 105° F (40°C)
• Not for use in direct sunlight
• Not for use in wet environments
• Will not adhere to dirty, dusty, or oily surfaces
• Wait at least 7 days to apply to freshly painted surfaces
• Not recommended for use on bare wood or porous, unpainted surfaces
• Holding capacity is reduced if the load is applied less than one hour after the adhesive
has been applied
