If you are having trouble with STEP 15 in the instruction sheet:
1. Check to make sure the POWER BUTTON is GREEN.
2. Insert a second WAX STICK into the top hole of the 3D Molding Machine
and gently push down with your palm while pressing down on the HANDLE.
Using too much force on the handle or pushing on it when the wax is not
fully heated may cause it to break.
