Technical Data
Output signal
To read the output signal value on the display, switch the ”DSPL”-button to the ”OUT” position,
then switch the ”SIM”-button to the ”DSPL” position. Now you can read the wanted temerature
(°C) or resistance (Ω). To begin simulation after the signal had been adjusted, switch the
”SIM”-button to the ”OUT” position.
Input Signal
To read PT-100 resistance, switch the ”DSPL”-button to the ”IN” position.
Can be used for both 2-wire and 3-wire connections.
Display
The display can show temperature ( °C) or resistance (Ω), depending on which unit has been
choosen with the ”UNITS”-button. ”BAT” is shown in the display when battery power falls
below the minimum for safe operation,
Supply
Normally from a 9V battery. PT-100 Test can also be connected with a special transformer
(230V 50HZ). The battery and the fuses are mounted under the back plate of the unit
for easy access.
