DigiCart Audio File Name Format
"nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.aaa t ppppp[p..p].xxx"
where:
nnn = file label (up to 15 characters). The file label appears as the file name on a DigiCart.
aaa = 3 digit DigiCart index number, 000-999
t = file type code:
