Add a Virtual Host
To manually add a Host to your farm click the ‘Add…’ button and then choose
a ‘VDI Type’ and enter the Host name or IP address in the ‘VDI Host:’ field as
shown in the figure below.
Appliance settings can only be used with certain servers. Please refer to the
list of approved providers and choose the specific document for more
information on how to connect to your virtual host.
Click ‘Next’ to continue.

2X VirtualDesktopServer will check whether 2X VDI Agent is installed. Check
the status and if the status states that the Agent did not reply or the service is
not installed, click the ‘Install…’ button. Please refer to the chapter entitled
“
Installing the 2X VDI Agent remotely from 2X Console” for more information
about how to install the 2X VDI Agent.
Click ‘Next’ if the status states that the Agent is already installed.
