Choosing ‘Server Groups’ will allow you to choose which group of servers
from your farm you would like to use to publish a desktop.
Choosing ‘Individual Servers’ will allow you to choose the servers you would
like to use to publish a desktop one by one by checking the checkbox next to
the name of the server.
Choosing ‘New Server’ will allow you to add a new server to the farm and use
it to publish a desktop.

After you have chosen the source of the published desktop all you need to do
is give it a name and maybe add a description. Click ‘Finish’ to complete the
process.
