Choosing ‘All Servers in Farm’ will include all the servers that are added to
the farm. If only on server is present you will be automatically taken to the
‘Startup Wizard - Publish Virtual Desktop’ Dialog.
Choosing ‘Server Groups’ will allow you to choose which group of servers
from your farm you would like to use to publish a virtual desktop.
Choosing ‘Individual Servers’ will allow you to choose the servers you would
like to use to publish a virtual desktop one by one by checking the checkbox
next to the name of the server.
Choosing ‘New Server’ will allow you to add a new server to the farm and use
it to publish a virtual desktop.
