Client
First check the ‘Allow the following Clients:’ and then select
or type the Client (computer) name in the dialog ‘Select
Client’ as shown in the figure below.
For Client names you can use the * character as a
wildcard. For example if all your computer names start with
CLIENT- simply type CLIENT-*.

IP Address
First check the ‘Allow the following IPs:’, then click the
‘Add...’ button. You can select to filter a single IP or a
range of IPs.
