First check the ‘Allow the following Users:’ checkbox and
add the usernames/groups in the dialog ‘Select Users or
Groups’ as shown in the figure below.


LDAP
Check “Use LDAP mode when adding Users & Groups” to
add users and groups in LDAP format instead of WinNT
format. Administrators can use LDAP format to filter users
found in groups within groups.
