2.3 2N® Helios IP Manager Settings
Make sure that the following settings are selected in the to2N Helios IP Manager
®
make your work properly: 2N Attendance System
®
1) Tick off the checkbox on the tab in the Attendance Monitoring Attendance Users
menu for all the users to be monitored as shown in the figure below:

2) Add a card (or card number) to the user on the tab via a reader,Cards USB card
for example, as shown in the figure below:

3) Tick off the Attendance monitoring checkbox for all the intercoms used for
attendance monitoring. Find the checkbox in the item in the menu. MDevice Devices
oreover, choose one of the following intercom modes:
– check-in intercoms help record .Check-In arrivals
– .Check-Out check-out intercoms help record departures
– combined intercoms record passagesCombine Check-In and Check-Out
without differentiating arrivals and departures.
The same settings apply to card readers; refer to – in the Devices Settings Card
