Telephone number for service SMS. The number is common for GGMC SMS and
"LOW CREDIT" SMS on prepaid SIM cards.
Setting options: 0-16 characters (0-9,*,#,+)
Default setting: blank
Time period for GGMC SMS [h] Function No.: 970
Time interval for GGMC SMS sending. GGMC = GSM Gateway Monitoring Centre.
The "0" setting means that the function is disabled.

Battery status SMS Function No.: 962
Setting of this parameter allows sending SMS with information with battery status.
Disconnecting of battery (Battery Error) and connecting of battery (Battery Ready)
and critically low voltage (Battery flat) is reported by SMS.

Mains status can be reported when this parameter is set. The report about mains
failure and recover is sent with defined delay (Power off/on).
