NON-PRESSURE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Saute
This function allows you to Saute or simmer ingredients inside the Removable Inner Pot. If additional
searing is needed, simply restart the Saute process.
1. Place the Removable Inner Pot into the Cooker Base.
2. Plug in the pressure cooker. The LED will display ----, indicating that the cooker is in standby mode.
3. Select the Saute function, LED screen will show preset time 30:00 ashing. By pressing the +/- button,
time can be changed from 1:00 to 30:00 minutes. To change the temperature, press the Temp/Timer button
to switch to temperature, and then press the +/- button to adjust temperature from 260-365℉(125 to 185℃)
as you needed.
4. If no further operation, it will return to ---- mode after LED ashing 10 times. By pressing start button to
start cooking immediately, and the cooker will beep 3 times, the LED panel will show indicating that the
cooker has gone into the preheating cycle. .
5. Once the working temperature has been reached, the LED will display the preset temperature and time
alternately.
6. Add ingredients you wish to Saute into the Removable Inner Pot.
7. When nished Sauteing, press Cancel to end the cooking process, or simply wait until Saute is complete as
per your preset time. The LED will display ---, indicating that the cooker is in standby mode. As a safety
precaution, the cooker automatically enters standby mode after 30 minutes per default setting.
8. Carefully remove your ingredients from the Inner Pot, or add additional ingredients if you are still
cooking.
Reminder: Leave the Lid o for Saute program. Do not leave unattended.
SLOW COOK
This function allows you to cook various recipes slowly (range 30 minutes to 20 hours at temperatures
ranging from 198-208 °F).
1. Add ingredients to the Inner Pot and place the Inner Pot into the Cooker Base. Lock the Lid in place and
make sure the Steam Release Handle is in “Venting” position.
2. Plug in the pressure cooker. The LED displays ----, indicating that the cooker is in standby mode.
3. Press the “Slow Cook” function rstly, then press the manual button to adjust temperature between Less,
Normal (default), More modes. For time setting, need press the +/- button to increase or decrease time.
Finally press start button to start slow cook function. If no further operation after pressing the button before
starting, it will return to ---- standby mode. (The default cooking time is 4 hours.) The set time will show on
display screen.
4. Once started, cooker will enter cooking process directly and the LED will display the remaining cooking
time in minutes.
5. When the cooking cycle has nished, the cooker beeps and goes into keep warm mode. The LED displays
he elapsed time (such as 00:02). After 12 hours, the cooker turns OFF and will enter standby mode.
6. Alternatively, you can press Cancel at any time to stop the program. The LED displays ----, indicating that
the cooker is in standby mode. Remove the Lid by turning counterclockwise and lifting.
Reminder: Always monitor cooking progress when using Slow Cook function.
KEEP WARM
This setting is turned on by default to keep food warm immediately after it has nished cooking. Or press
Keep Warm button to adjust the keep warm time when in standby status. If it is already active, simply press
Cancel button to stop the program.
You can still turn this setting on as a standalone program to warm up pre-cooked food.
