1. Add ingredients to the Removable Inner Pot. DO NOT add ingredients to the Cooker Base.
Note: The minimum amount of liquid needed for cooking is 2 cups (160ml/cup) unless otherwise directed
by the recipe. Acceptable liquids include water, wine, beer, stock, broth, and juice.
WARNING: Pay careful attention to the maximum ll line for dierent types of food. Do not ll the
Removable Inner Pot more than 2/3 full. For food that easily expands, such as rice, beans, peanuts, grains,
or dried vegetables, do not ll the Removable Inner Pot more than 1/2 full.
2. Place the Removable Inner Pot into the Cooker Base. Check that there is no other foreign materials inside
the Cooker Base and that it is totally dry.
Note: Make sure the pressure cooker is o before placing the Removable
Inner Pot back into the Cooker Base.
Be sure to wipe dry the outside bottom of the Removable Inner Pot
and the surface of the Heating Plate.
3. Place the Lid onto the Cooker and turn it clockwise to lock the Lid. You will hear a clicking sound to show
the Lid is locked well. Make sure the Steam Release Handle is in the “Sealing” position. After putting the Lid
on, make sure the Float Valve on the Lid top drops down.
